30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition as received
  • in its original packaging
  • with tags attached, if applicable
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@stonestore.us.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@stonestore.us so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
