Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated shipping times:
- USA Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
- International Shipping: 1–2 weeks depending on destination and customs
Please note that delivery estimates do not include customs delays, weekends, holidays, or carrier disruptions.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $35 within the USA and over $100 for international orders.
Which carriers do you use?
We work with major shipping carriers and local delivery partners depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items that are unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@stonestore.us to request a return. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Do you accept returns on sale items or gift cards?
No. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
