Shipping
Yes. Every US order of $49 or more (after discounts) ships free with Standard Shipping, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories. International orders of $200 or more also ship free.
US Standard Shipping starts at $7.49 and depends on the weight of your order. Faster options are USPS Priority Mail (from $14.49) and FedEx 2Day (from $20.49). You always see the exact price at checkout before you pay.
We pack orders within 3–5 business days. Then:
- US Standard: 3–5 business days
- Expedited (USPS Priority Mail): 1–3 business days
- Express (FedEx 2Day): 2 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Times do not include weekends, holidays, customs or carrier delays.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping starts at $21.99 and depends on the weight of your order, and it is free on orders of $200 or more. Import duties or taxes, if any, are set by your country and may be collected on delivery.
Yes. When your order ships, we email you the tracking details so you can follow your package.
Returns & refunds
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase.
Sign in to your account, open your order and choose Request return, or email us at support@stonestore.us. Once approved, we send you a return label. A flat $5 return shipping fee is taken from your refund; it is free if your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Email us right away at support@stonestore.us, ideally with a photo. We will make it right, and return shipping is free.
No. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
After your return arrives and is checked, we let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Our products
Yes. Our bracelets, gemstone trees, worry stones and face rollers are made from natural stones and crystals, so every piece has its own color, pattern and size. Our colored onyx beads are dyed to get their bright shades, which is why we name them simply by color, like Pink Onyx. Aura quartz gets its rainbow shine from a thin coating on clear quartz.

Trees are sold by the number of stone chips. About: 100 chips 7.5 in tall, 300 chips 9.5 in, 500 chips 11 in and 1000 chips 13.5 in. Each tree page lists the exact size and weight.
Wipe them with a soft, dry cloth and keep them away from perfume, cleaning products and long, strong sunlight. Take bracelets off before swimming or showering, and roll them on and off instead of pulling the band. Keep selenite dry, as water damages it.
